Horchow’s High Design

I popped over onto Horchow yesterday just to see what was happenin’ and found some really great mirrors and wall art I wanted to share with you. They aren’t all affordable, but I think the styles run the gamut of modern to traditional and can give you some ideas!

My new favorite look are ornate Venetian mirrors above sleek simple bathroom consoles and vanities. I think it is such a lovely play of delicate and modern and just is pretty, you know?

Some wonderful images of this idea executed- the first one from Domino (sob!) is my favorite

Pick up the fabulous red lacquer mirror Erinn Valencich sports in her entryway (such a big design risk that paid off tenfold!)

Ornate mirrors can look great anywhere, check out this drop dead bathroom with one as it’s focal point

These graphic and bold groupings of smaller mirrors feels very Kelly Wearstler to me, especially those octagons!

Some other amazing wall decor options from Horchow:

Wall medallions/plaques are a great textural alternative to paintings or mirrors

I hope I cna find a spot in one of my projects for this mirror bottom right with the slight Greek Key look to it- I LOVE it- so dramatic!
