High Point was one of the most overwhelming experiences ever- in a good way! There was so much to see in the two days I had there that I feel I barely scratched the surface! I got to clink glasses and share laughs with amazing blog pals Matchbook Magazine, Rue Magazine, Maison 21, The Decorista and Coco & Kelley. And when not gawking at Mary McDonald and Margaret Russell and giggling at Martyn Lawrence Bullard I was busy checking out the goods….
Oly Studio is and always will be such a fave. PERFECTION. All of it!
Child size versions of popular Oly chairs! I die!
Hickory Chair was AWE inspiring! Amazing patterns, vignettes and custom options!
Greek key everywhere, and bold yellow featuring the new fabrics from fellow blogger Toby Fairley!
Cute egg-like outdoor chairs!
Robert Abbey is SO good. And these lucite based gourd lamps at totally affordable prices are irresistible!
A much cheaper version of a VERY expensive fixture.
Ostrich leather like sconces- sexy in a bathroom or closet!
Mary McDonald clearly was influenced by my studiomate Jill!
Arteriors was a bevy of brass, wood and glamour!
A gorgeous vignette.
Last but certainly not least, I got a very special tour of trip sponsor Lexington Furniture’s 100,000 square foot (you read that right) showroom. I found so many items I never knew Lexington carried- modern, sleek and beautifully constructed.
