Living the Good Life.

Design New England, hands down my favorite local design mag, had a spread this month on local Boston designer Lisy Good’s Beacon Hill townhouse which she renovated top to bottom (all 4 floors).

If you have never been to Beacon Hill, you’re missing out. It’s one of the cutest historic neighborhoods in America (and one of the priciest) and looks like this:

Anyways, I LOVED Lisy’s home, especially the front patio that opens up to the kitchen/dining area and the roof deck kitchen! Bostonians will understand that a space like this is not easy to come by and takes vision to see past what was originally a dingy, old space. Plus, turns out Lisy went to my college! Who knew Connecticut College could pump out such design talent?
