Some Favorite Images
I was up last night, my head spinning with ideas, inspirations, to-do lists and possibilities. You know those kind of nights, right? Between brainstorming for clients, my own home, my blog and it’s possibilities, sometimes it feels like my brain is made of scrambled eggs. So today I am going to take the day to get everything down on paper and make some sort of “plan”(and also FINALLY commit to a paint color for my guest room). So I thought I’d leave you with some of my favorite images I have on my “inspiration wall” in my office. Girls Gift Guide will have to wait until Monday, as tomorrow I will be working on getting my real website up!
I so wish I could have a kitchen with open shelving. But my dishes don’t match and my coffee mug collection is not pleasing to the eye!

I have saved this picture for YEARS. The bamboo barstools, yellow/grey/white colors, the gorgeous tiles, even the monkey vase…my DREAM kitchen.

This is another picture I’ve saved for years. This was a tool shed that the homeowner converted to the smallest guesthouse ever. It is SO fantastic!!! I would love to sleep here!

I cannot get over how much I love everything about the stairway. The David Hicks for Stark Carpet runner, the amazing gallery of black and white photos… I am enamored.

This is an all time Domino favorite. I admire the bold combination of colors, the use of my favorite Lulu DK fabric for pillows and the traditional mixed with modern styles. Perfection.

I just love this little vingette of a living room- the yellow/green with grey colors look sharp. The unique coffe table, the Thomas Paul pillow…I can’t put my finger on it, but I just adore it.

Not many people would be brave enough to paint all their woodwork and walls black but just look how dramatic and gorgeous it is???? And the zebra packs a punch!

Miles Redd is a genius. This room makes me smile with the unexpected color scheme, mix of textures and bold design.

This dining room is to die for! The chocolate walls, the white latticework mirror, drum shade pendant- not to mention the ingenious table decoration!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this wall color. I think I want this for our guest room. I really love it with warm accents too- like orange and red!
