Turkish Delight

All things Turkish seem to be incredibly hot now, especially the omnipresent suzani. I found this site, Yurdan, while blog surfing and what a gold mine! If you are looking for kilim rugs, suzani pillows or anything of the sort, this is the place for you! Not to mention that Gwyneth shops there and purchased a silk suzani for her Hampton’s home off the website!

This gorgeous 5×7 kilim is under $300.

Here’s a bag that not everyone will have (and isn;t plastered in logos) for about $100

These traditional blankets (they come in a wide variety of patterns) are made from mohair and cotton and are…wait for it… $25! Simply gorgeous thrown on the back of a sofa or chair!

Now to the pillows. My goodness, I had a hard time picking just a few!
This green shade is very hip (it comes in others) and I love how they framed a more elaborate pattern. 5 bucks. Yep, 17″ x 17″ and FIVE BUCKS! Can you even stand it?

This looks like a Kravet fabric to me, and is $12.

This a bit pricier, falling at just under $30, but is made from a embroidered wool suzani about 30 years old. Having one highly embellished pillow to throw off all the others on your couch adds a little excitement to things!

These nest sets of 4 pillows are $100 per set of four and are made from kilims. I am absolutely LOVING the stripes!

I am exhausted from looking through this site!
