Small, high-end interior design firm seeking intelligent and extremely organized Office Manager. This is a full-time position in the Calabasas, CA area. Candidate must be responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional and friendly (we are a high energy, fun bunch)

Please note: while previous office experience at a design firm is great – this is NOT a design position and responsibilities would be focused on office management primarily.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the office

Managing monthly account and service logs

Work with bookkeeper to manage, track and organize monthly reconciliation

Diligent and accurate financial data entry

Administration and management of all office supply ordering / organization of office studio space

Responding to contact form emails from prospective clients

Coordinating office meetings and staff events

A positive, “can-do” attitude is a MUST

Job requirements

Proficiency in MAC OSX, Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have at least one year experience with Design Manager or similar software (Quickbooks, etc.)

Previous experience working in the area of design is preferred but not required

Professional in appearance and conduct

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intelligent, quick learner, honest, reliable and hard working

Familiarity with social media (Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) a plus

Salary is commensurate with experience.
