ONE Stockholm cabinet from Ikea is a nice modern and airy design. If you think china cabinets are too fussy, this might be the one for you, $399. TWO copper mugs are something we recently acquired and they’re not just for moscow mules! Even beer tastes frosty and delicious out of them! They’re a bit of an investment at $25-$30 a piece from Mark and Graham, but will be one of those things you pass down. THREE I just loved the design on this grey pillow cover from a new (to me) store, Spartan, $110. FOUR these purl baskets are big enough to store pillows and blankets and are soft and dimensional as well. £69 for the set of three from Made. FIVE a cafeteria style acacia partition plate would be so cute for little canapés. The sleek wooden design certainly is an upgrade to those plastic things we used back in school. $23 from Muji.
So, I’ve been at home for less than 24 hours and I’m taking off again (this time with Matt) for a lake weekend with my girlfriends and their husbands in Tennessee. I am hoping to catch up with some of by best friends, relax a bit, and hopefully catch a little sun. I didn’t see the sun for the past 10 days in Hong Kong and I am feeling the sans-sunray blues.
I’ll be back on Monday with a few snapshots from my recent travels and a really fun giveaway!
See you next week!
