I’ve turned into a bit of a winter weenie lately and have been turning to the shower and bath solely as a method of defrosting my inner core. There is just a certain level of cold that can only be solved by a super warm bath. Today, I’m sharing some of my winter warmer staples when it comes to all that time spent beneath water.
Some of these things are obvious (towels…) but others – like the bath caddy – are a little more frivolous. I mean, this bamboo one holds a wine glass… pretty essential. Mainly, I focus on a few things. 1. In-bath comfort with things like the soaking pillow and caddy 2. Skin hydration with a good scrub then a bath milk or oil, then lastly, 3. Keeping all that warmth inside by wrapping up in a super plush robe post-soak.
Of course, a good book or some tunes are optional, depends on how much time you’re going to spend neck-deep.
